Nen Hatanaka
In Japan, Mr. Nen Hatanaka leads the Nippon Care-Fit Service Association (NCSA) a Non Profit Corporation. Mr. Hatanaka was featured in Time magazine as one of the up and coming artists in the late 60’s. He is a strong business leader and visionary in Japan, where he leads the daily operations of Carefit Japan as the Executive Director of Care-Fit Japan Inc.
Ryo Takahashi
Dr. Ryo Takahashi is the Founder & Director of NCSA Center for Gerontology, Tokyo, Japan. He is a fellow of the International Association for the Scientific Study of Intellectual Disabilities and a member of Association for Gerontology in Higher Education, which is associated with Gerontology Society of America. Ryo has been interested with empowering all people’s talents and individual values by collaborative studying of death education. His current goal is to establish Leonardo da Vinci Center for Gerontology by creating unlimited networking with good people with interdisciplinary area throughout the world for life long development of persons with all kind of disabilities and all ages. He believes that Art is a wholesome way for total learning process in human life.
T. Saraswathi Devi (Sarah)
Saraswathi Devi (Sarah), Honorary President, Board of Trustees of NCSA India is an eminent special educationist promoting the quality of life of the disabled persons especially the intellectually disabled persons. She is the founder & Executive Director of Lebenshilfe Special School for the Mentally Handicapped persons, Visakhapatnam, India. She is a member of International Associations such as: IASE (USA) IASSID (USA), CEC & DISES (USA)
T.H. Manuel
Mr. Manuel is the Founder and Managing Trustee of Nippon Carefit Service Association-India. He is a post graduate in Social work from Andhra University, and served the persons with disabilities for more than 20 years. He worked for the German Leprosy Relief Association in India for 16 years and rehabilitated several hundreds of Disabled Leprosy victims. He served the Mentally retarded persons in Vocational training at Lebenshilfe for 4 years. Manuel established NCSA India in 2004 after being invited by NCSA Japan to start Carefit Training programmes at Visakhapatnam. After completing his Care-Fit Trainers' training at NCSA, Tokyo, Japan, he established NCSA India.

He is a Member of Y’s Men International, (a service partner of the YMCA) and is awarded the prestigeous Elmer Crowe Award by the Y's Men International in 2005 for his meritorious services to the Y's Men Movement. He is also very much associated with the YMCA. He is nominated by the Govt. of Andhra Pradesh as a Member of the Home Committee of Government Children's Home for Street Children.
